Our BMW-UTV-OEM system will not only allow you to upgrade to digital TV and DAB radio channels but also incorporates an AV input for adding on a third AV source such as a DVD player or games consul and an AV output for feeding all sources onto additional screens such as DVD headrests. There is also a dedicated reversing camera input to upgrade your front screen options further, please note however, that this will only operate when your vehicle is in TV mode and will not auto switch.
Video In Motion And TV On The Move
Our BMW-UTV-OEM digital TV upgrade solution now has TV on the move facility which will allow your front screen passenger to watch TV whilst you are driving. Please note that this is for Passenger use only and driver use is not encouraged.
Installations And Fitting Instructions Supplied
Installation of this product will generally take around 2 – 3 hours to complete and full installation instructions are supplied. Twin Active Internal Glass Mount Antennas
Twin OEM Internal Glass Mount Antennas
These brand new high quality twin internal glass mounted antennas are best installed one in the top left hand corner of the front windscreen and the other on the rear windscreen to provide full 360 degree signal capture coverage of the vehicle. These can however be installed on the rear quarter windows one on the left hand side and one on the right hand side but must not be fitted on top of heated elements. These antennas operate via a 5V feed directly from the TV tuner and will require to be switched on via the on screen TV tuner menu. If you have tinted or reflective glass in your vehicle, we can supply a separate Twin kit that will operate accordingly – please let us know (email us) if you require these.

Our Volkswagen VW-UTVS1RNS2, MFD and MFD2 Single TV Tuner system 1 upgrade kit incorporates an AV interface cable that connects into your existing TV tuner. This interface provides 2 x AV inputs so you can connect your new digital TV tuner and one further AV source such as a reversing camera or DVD player.
Our interface will then allow you to plug-in our VW-UTVS1 digital free view single TV tuner and DAB (digital audio broadcast) radio receiver kit along with a 5V feed active internal glass mount antenna (please note the TV tuner requires to be powered separately). It comes with a remote control and remote eye which will allow you to operate your new digital TV tuner menu via your front screen providing you with digital free to view DVB-T TV and DAB digital radio stations.

Single (DVB-T) Car Digital Free View TV Tuner With DAB Radio Channels
This latest generation entry-level HD MPEG2 & MPEG4 (DVB-T) free view TV tuner comes complete with a plug and play (no separate power source required) 5V feed single internal glass mount antenna. it incorporates a USB input which will allow you to connect a normal MP3 player and download WMA or music files onto a USB stick / dongle to play via your vehicle speakers with your track lists showing on your front screen. It also incorporates a further AV input (feed a separate DVD player into this for example), which will allow you have up to three separate AV sources TV, USB and DVD) for playing on and through your front screen. The TV tuner Dimensions are as follows: 118mm (L) x 142mm (D) x 40mm (H). For those of you who are competent with car electrics, installation is straight forward with only three connecting wires: permanent 12V, ignition 12V and earth. Antenna is connected via an F-type screw in connection and the video and audio RCA cables for plugging into the Rover 75 front screen interface above are included.

This high quality internal glass mount antenna is best installed either in the middle of the top of the front windscreen or in the same position on the rear windscreen. Please do not fit this over heated element strips. The width of this antenna is 144mm, Width 38mm and height is 7mm. This operates via a 5V feed directly from the TV tuner and will require to be switched on (green indicator LED on side of the antenna) via the on-screen TV tuner menu.

We can provide you with a glove box docking cable which will allow you to charge your iPod or iPhone and will enable you to connect and play back your favourite music, videos or movies via your front screen and on board speaker system.
